Two weeks ago, Eddie was standing on the side of the street talking to someone when a gust of wind blew, and he felt something hit his ankle. When he looked down, he saw it was a twenty-dollar bill. It didn’t belong to the person he was talking to, and there was no one else around, so he kept it.
Then he was putting the grocery cart away in the parking lot when another gust of wind blew, and a one-dollar bill hit his ankle. He looked over and there were five more one-dollar bills in the parking lot. He picked them up and assumed they belonged to a man who was getting into his truck nearby. When Eddie approached him to ask if the money was his, he said no and told him to keep it.
He’s now thinking it might be a sign that he needs money. Or maybe that he’s doing something good and being rewarded.
