New Hampshire is leading a multi-state request to the U.S. Supreme Court to consider their challenge to a Massachusetts gun law.
The state attorney's general argue applying the Massachusetts law to out-of-state residents is unconstitutional.
The case stems from a 2022, incident at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, part of which crosses into Massachusetts.
When the New Hampshire resident involved in the incident told police in Massachusetts he was armed and licensed to carry in the Granite State, he was charged with a felony for carrying a firearm without a permit.
