A 20-year-old Springfield man faces multiple charges after trying to elude police in a stolen car last night.
Maliki Da'Quan Richardson was spotted by officers on Park Street around nine p.m.
When they tried to stop him he allegedly rammed the police cruiser and sped away.
He subsequently lost control, slid into some brush and was caught when he tried to flee on foot.
