The extremely hot conditions will continue in the area today.
The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory that covers nearly all of the state until tomorrow night, with temperatures in the 90s expected across the region with high humidity.
We will have to get through today and tomorrow but then we could see some thunderstorms and cooler temps for Thursday.
