The Berkshire District Attorney will go to the State Capitol next week to discuss tougher laws for "upskirting."
DA Timothy Shugrue is scheduled to testify in front of the State House on Monday about implementing harsher penalties for those who take invasive photos of people without their consent.
The invitation comes after Shrugrue criticized the law last week while discussing an upskirting case earlier this year at Williams College.
Shrugue said the suspect will only face misdemeanor charges since the victims were adults.
