Harvard President Alan Garber says the Trump administration is planning to freeze another billion-dollars in grant money.

The White House has already frozen over two-billion-dollars in grants and contracts to Harvard, and is seeking to cancel the school's nonprofit status.

Garber revealed the possible new cuts in a letter to the Harvard community announcing a federal lawsuit against the funding freezes.

The Wall Street Journal reports the new cuts would take money from Harvard's health research efforts.
