A multi-community task force is going to crack down on illegal dirt bikes.
Chicopee, Holyoke, Ludlow, Springfield police and the State Police Air Wing are collaborating in the enforcement effort.
Area residents are urged to alert police when they spot dirt bikes on the streets.
The goal is to use surveillance cameras to track bikers and alert police where they are headed.
In addition, the coalition will utilize State Police Drones to track the illegal vehicles.
