A 21 year old Springfield man and a 20 year old Springfield woman have been arrested in Enfield.
Enfield Police say they were conducting a scheduled crackdown on shoplifting around the malls when they saw Devon Arthur and Gabrielle Martin in the act of shoplifting and were apprehended.
In addition, police also discovered merchandise from a previous theft.
No word on arraignment information yet.
