Brad Marchand was on the ice in Boston for the first time since he was sent to the Florida Panthers at the trade deadline last season.
Marchand shed tears last night during a tribute video that was played at TD Garden.
He then jumped over the boards from the bench and raised his stick in a salute to the Bruins fans.
Marchand spent 15 seasons with Boston, winning the Stanley Cup in 2011.
Marchand had two assists as Florida scored a late goal and beat the Bruins four to three.
