Dangerous Heat Expected In Most of Region Today

Dangerously hot conditions are expected in the Boston area today.

A heat advisory remains in effect for most of the region until eight p.m. today, as temperatures are expected to soar into the 90s with high humidity.

Storms are expected to move through the region late this afternoon or early this evening, which will be followed by cooler air.

Tomorrow is expected to be much more comfortable, with the high in the greater Springfield area to be in the mid 80's.
