Every summer I have a bit of a Summer Bucket List - this year I've mainly promised myself to spend more time at the beach. A few weeks ago I put that #1 goal to work by becoming a Trustee (had no idea so many properties/outdoor areas were included) and then purchasing a Parking Permit for Crane Beach.
Saturday I went to Crane with a couple girlfriends to just hang under our umbrellas and chill a little bit before finally experiencing "The Clam Box" in Ipswich! SOOOOOOO GOOOD! Not only was the clam strip roll amazing, but they had orange soda too? When was the last time you had orange soda? It was like liquid crack, but I don't regret one sip!!
My Sunday was spent with more beach time, but for a serious mission. Carson Beach for volleyball with my team "Sets on the Beach" ... once again we were victorious and celebrated our win at Source in Harvard Square... this has fast become one of my favorite spots in the 617. Farm to Table ingredients and the owner is BIG on giving back (I'll save that praise for another post). If you haven't tried Source yet their pepperoni pizza is a must!!
