Food...
I know you hit up on of the best pizza spots that being Antonio's, but you should also check out Judie's in downtown Amherst. They have a chicken with lobster ravioli dish that is amazing and you must get it with a popover & apple butter.
If you ever read the Hungry Hungry Catepillar to your kids well the Eric Carle Museum is right near by too... heard he just celebrated a bday this week!
Hiking... if you and Calista like to take in some view there are many here in the 413. The Mount Holyoke range has many trail options, but if you're looking for something quick with a spectacular view check out Mount Sugarloaf (I've provided a pic from one my quick hikes up there). Sugarloaf has actually been used in the past for some Hollywood flicks! And if you're at Sugarloaf in South Deerfield you may as well stroll over to the Yankee Candle Flagship store. That's right... South Deerfield is home to this infamous candle!
