Fun Fact! - New study shows when your brain consistently does not get enough sleep it will start to eat itself! That's right your brain has cannibalistic tendencies. More reason to make sure you get 8 hours of sleep!
And don't go thinking that getting 8 hours again will reverse the damage...it may not! SOOO next time you feel super sluggish after sleep deprivation for days... just think you may have lost some serious brain power!
