On April 6, Women Posting Their W's brought attention to one local Pioneer Valley woman, and shared her story with its followers.

The post features a screenshot of a Baystate Health employee chronicling her professional growth within the company through a series of badges.

"10 years of work but it was worth it!" the employee says. "I'm a provider at the same place I use[d] to clean."

The original poster, Jaines, began as a Custodian at Baystate Health, before working her way up to a Registered Nurse, and finally Nurse Practitioner within their Trauma Surgery department.

Twitter was quick to praise Jaines' achievement.

Her story has captured the attention of thousands of people across the world, garnering nearly 500,000 likes and over 33,000 retweets.

The post even caught the attention of Jaines' employer, Baystate Health.

"It is amazing to see Jaines' story continue to inspire others," the hospital writes. "We are so proud of all she has accomplished!"

Congratulations Jaines! Your success is a testament to your hard work and drive.

Thank you for keeping all of us here in the Pioneer Valley safe!
