Need to beat the heat? There will be several cooling centers available to residents in Springfield Tuesday July 9th through Thursday July 11th. Locations include East Forest Park, Forest Park, Mason Square, Library Express at Pine Point and Sixteen Acres to name a few. The heat can be very hurtful to the elderly, children and even pets. Don't risk it. Please get out to one these centers if needed and be sure to stay hydrated!
