Massachusetts To Debate Statewide Plastic Bag Ban

Massachusetts could be the next state to pass a statewide plastic bag ban. Western Mass News reports the Massachusetts Senate will debate the bill this Wednesday. If passed, plastic bags would be banned from the entire state and retailers could charge 10 cents for a recycled paper bag or customers could opt to bring or purchase a reusable bag. Read more here.
