It's National Avocado Day, Find Out All The Benefits

It's National Avocado Day!!! YAY!

I absolutely love avocados. No joke, they're one of my favorite things to eat. I eat half or a whole avocado everyday. Just bought 4 at the store last night, and you better believe I'm having one today!

Not only are avocados incredibly delicious, but you can feel good eating them because there are so many health benefits.

Avocados can help your skin to look more healthy, lower cholesterol, and may even help prevent cancer.

They are loaded with antioxidants, potassium, fiber, and are overall very nutritious.

These are some of the ways I love to eat avocados:

  1. Spoon it out with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Mashed on a grilled cheese sandwich.
  3. Guacamole.
  4. Salad topping.
  5. In an omelette.

I'm sure there's more, but now I'm hungry and want an avocado!

 

Really all I'm trying to say is I LOVE avocados and you should go eat one today and every day from now until forever.
