Been hitting the new F45 Gym in Medford since they opened in December sometimes 6 times a week... LOVE THE WORKOUTS! And Mark Wahlberg so happens to be an investor in these gyms (watch Wahl Street on HBOMax). He stopped by the gym on Tuesday for a workout which made the news and yesterday he was back again!
This time I brought a few iHeart friends that I know are into fitness and let's say have noticed my dedication over the last few months. Santi from Jam'n 94.5 and JoJo from KISS 108 joined for the workout and not only was Mark there with a film crew (I'm guessing maybe for Wahl Street Season 2?), but also the Mayor of Medford Breanna Lungo Koehn (she's cool and a country fan!).
I'll say everyone in the class brought their A-Game to keep up with Mr. Wahlberg... and today I can say I'm sore!! Here's a few clips from yesterday.
