2020 Plank CHALLENGE!!! Who Should I Take On???

The first time I ever challenged someone to a plank off was this past summer on Dylan Scott's tour bus. Speed up to 2:50 if ya want to check it out.

Well everyone is working on fitness goals for 2020 including myself. I let myself slip the last 6 months and I'm already hard back at it to rectify the damage done, but I read an article talking today about "J.Lo Abs" and how the way to get there is through planks.

YES. By now most of us have heard crunches are not effective! How long do you need to hold a plank to see results? - (FULL ARTICLE) - Apparently trainers say you need to hold three consecutive poses for at least 60 seconds each. If you're not well versed in planking though you should work yourself up to 60.

So after reading the article I thought back to this video and thought... how do I challenge co-workers and friends??? A series of plank offs!!! Now the question is... when do I kick it off and who wants in!!!?? I'm thinking it has to last for at least 30 days...
