This morning as I was getting in my workout something popped into my head. When you lose fat where does it go? Is it converted to energy? Do you drop it off somehow ;-) I'd never really given much thought to it until 9AM this morning.
Upon research I discovered we breathe it out! The fat is turned into carbon dioxide and water! Mostly we breathe the fat out and as for the water parts we pass some with urine or sweat. If this was a thought you never really gave much attention to... well now you know too!
