This morning was day 3 of my 2018 training at Healthtrax. On Sunday I jumped in on a Cross Fit type workout with some old co-workers... we did a little something called the filthy 50.
It left my arms feeling a little tight! There were a lot of arms involved and I've been seriously been neglecting them. AND then Monday I did laps in the pull at Healthtrax for a workout... FYI I like swimming but if anyone has tips on how to breathe properly send them along!
Needless to say this morning during my training session with Danielle I was feeling it! By our 3rd super set I had to take a little breather for a little trigger point. It hurts so good!!!
