Women Catch Pic Of Ghost Boy At Bachelorette?

I'm a believer in ghosts, but I'm very skeptical about this one. Typically you don't see something that clear which has me wondering if that's Photoshop's work. Supposedly these woman were so freaked after they heard about the boy that drowned years ago in the lake behind them that they left the area. What do you think?
