I've well documented my mission in getting back in shape. This past April I hit the numbers for two years I'd been after... haven't much weighed myself since then because I've been keeping a good routine and my endurance has gotten better. However, these last two weeks with the change in morning temperatures and the darkness at 5:20AM (when I get up to go to cross fit) have been preventing me from doing anything. Well I should say it's my brain that's preventing me from working out. I posted this up on my Insta this morning and have been getting some tips so far... workouts for me must be in the morning or they just won't happen. Motivation tips please!
