This morning was another workout with Henri over at Healthtrax in West Springfield. This morning was def one where I would have rather slept in, but making appointments and signing up for classes ahead of time keeps me on track! Just a tip!
This move is actually called the "Glute Bridge"...yes you will really feel it in your buns! Hence why I shall now refer to it as the "Buns of Adamantium" move. Steel is so 1990 ;-)
