Better Athletic Performance - Drink Pink!

When it comes to Sports beverages I feel like most either roll towards blue or red. Personally, I'm a red "Fruit Punch" kind of gal, but looks like maybe we should all be drinking PINK! Elle Woods would totally approve this study!

Researchers in England found that pink drinks seem to help athletes boost performance by 4.4%. Why? The color pink brings on a "feel good" effect which makes workouts seem easier. Plus people tend to associate pink with sweetness; those who consume expect a sugar and carb rush even though they aren't actually in the pink drink.
