The City of Springfield is giving back to some of it's unemployed residents in a really COOL way! Starting this September, they will be offering a free construction training course for residents in eligible neighborhoods through December. The program will provide 190 hours worth of classroom and hands on training. This such a great way to learn a trade at no cost. Read more via MassLive here.
